Wilderness and Habitat
Thank you for visitng our site. I am a wildlife photographer traveling through our magnificent United States to share and help educate people about wildlife health and conservation. I fell in love with photography shooting a winter aspen grove near Wolf mountain, west of the mighty continental divide and Steamboat Springs Colorado.
I offer you the opportunity to follow our travels, and learn about the various residents in their natural wild existence.
We will launch "How the West Was Won" a 2025 journey through our National Park Service (NPS) locations. Often called, 'Americas Best Idea'. President Roosevelt protected these lands for conservation and education. Helping generations behind us, to learn and preserve 'Americas Best Idea'.
I specialize in early mornings and late afternoons. Waiting for the ideal time, light and apex predator, to cross my path at a safe respectful distance. How do I capture the shot if I am at a safe distance? I invest in lens technology to allow a safe distance and a safe zone for both myself and the animals. My values show respectful distance to the animal and their offspring, as. well as teaching and helping you learn about their habitat. There are both large and small mammals. How do they survive and thrive? What obstacles fo they face? How can you help? *Spoiler alert, no money is needed, rather mindful attention to how you engage in their habitat.
